Just like hiring a caterer to feed your guests and a DJ or band to entertain them, a wedding planner is crucial for coordinating all the components of your wedding into a harmonious experience you’ll treasure forever. In fact, a successfully planned and executed wedding should make you forget you hired a planner at all!
Wedding planning typically starts about 10-12 months before your date (because that’s how far in advance most venues are booked), but I can jump in at any point in your process.
How can I help?
Are you starting from scratch? You just got engaged, but have no idea how to plan a wedding. I can help you source and coordinate vendors, develop your theme, stay within your budget, and anything else you might want for your special day.
Are you halfway there? You’ve already made a few key decisions (like venue, food, or music), but still need help nailing down the details of things like hotel blocks, the wedding events schedule, decor, and more.
Are you in the home stretch? Everything is planned and budgeted for, but you want to ensure the big day runs smoothly. Ideally two to three months out, we’ll review your plans, develop a detailed schedule, and I’ll handle all vendor coordination moving forward.

Access to my wedding management software and tools to keep you looped in and on track
At least two people on-site for your wedding day (Isabel plus an assistant)
